Brand Marketing Leader Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Brand Marketing Leader to drive our marketing agenda. This role is pivotal in shaping brand presence, supporting sales growth, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth on corporate branding initiatives and the rationalisation and positioning of customer and consumer brands.
  • Lead the delivery of marketing support for the sales team, equipping them with tools to succeed with customers.
  • Coordinate the development of collateral, displays, and design assets for trade shows, maintaining brand consistency and impact.
  • Review and enhance IXOM's Life Sciences communication strategy to boost market visibility and engagement.
  • Own and manage the Life Sciences marketing calendar and activation plans, ensuring strong ROI on all marketing investments.
  • Partner with the Portfolio Leaders to integrate any brand acquisitions into IXOM, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Evaluate consumer branding and packaging to strengthen market credentials and refine brand positioning.
  • Assist Portfolio Leaders in executing strategic initiatives across the many channels where Ixom ingredients, flavours and fragrances play.
  • Oversee all IXOM's Life Sciences websites in Australia, progressing toward a unified domain strategy.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all digital assets and platforms.
  • Coordinate with international markets to maintain global brand consistency.
  • Provide support for various marketing needs, including websites, communications, and collateral development.
