Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Lead to support our National Cargo Operations team at Sydney Airport. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, including general administrative support, billing, and invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Cargo Operations team, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and process invoices and credit notes, adhering to company guidelines and authority matrices.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage petty cash and reconcile expenses, ensuring all receipts are properly documented.
  • Support the Procurement Manager in reviewing supply management across cargo facilities nationally.
  • Develop and maintain positive safety culture focused on awareness and vigilance.
Essential Criteria:
  • Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and improve existing ones.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite and strong computer acumen.
  • Sound organisational skills and experience in meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
