Adult Reoffending Program Specialist

This position supports the state-wide reform aimed at reducing adult reoffending and domestic violence reoffenders through effective management of offenders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical, case management, secretariat, and administrative support to enable the operation of offender management within your boundary.
  • Support and connect members of the Multiagency Coordination Group and Practitioner Group for enhanced collaboration.
  • Collect and analyse information to support offender referrals.
  • Manage the offender database and report on operations.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system and the role of NSW Police and Community Corrections.
  • Demonstrated experience providing secretariat support to high-level groups for successful outcomes.
  • Developed communication skills and highly motivated, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to complete multiple competing tasks within deadlines for efficiency.
