Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain technical designs for marine projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and codes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting technical growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Structural or Marine Engineering.
- Extensive experience in a consulting environment, with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Baseline working knowledge of coastal infrastructure, including erosion, breakwaters, and ramps.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
