Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to installers and other customers via phone or digital channels.
  • Assist with commissioning (remote or on-site).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Coordinate logistics for inverter dispatch and assist with collection.
  • Support the qualification and management of new service partners.
  • Document case information accurately using CRM software.
  • Deliver training sessions to customers or internal staff.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and processes to enhance customer satisfaction and cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering, renewable energy, or photovoltaic engineering.
  • Proficient business English skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of PV, energy storage systems, and EV chargers, including product specifications, grid code requirements, competitive landscape, and tender requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and focus in a dynamic environment.
