This position goes beyond technical delivery—it's about inspiring teams, prioritizing safety, and driving operational excellence in high-voltage, high-risk environments. If you are a values-driven leader who thrives under pressure and is passionate about making a real impact in the transition of energy, we want to hear from you.

- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, focusing on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning both commercial and operational
- Conduct regular site visits, particularly in NSW and QLD, and during onboarding of new project sites
- Collaborate with global teams, including participation in after-hours calls with counterparts in Europe, America, and Asia
- Manage client relationships, budgets, and overall project performance to meet strategic objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years' experience managing O&M projects in utility-scale solar or renewable energy (or transferable experience)
- Proven management and leadership skills with extensive experience in team development, effective communication, project delivery, and workforce planning
- Experience managing contracts, budgets, and technical teams in high-compliance environments
- Proven expertise in safety management, including electrical risk mitigation and compliance with WHSEQ standards
- Demonstrated project financial management skills and solid knowledge of finance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
- High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of energy generation systems, asset management, and utility-scale inverter technology
Desired Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
- Current Australian driver's license
