Speech Pathology Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Warrnambool.

The successful candidate will focus on supporting clients living in the area, providing evidence-based therapeutic supports and making a real difference in their lives.

The ideal candidate will possess a positive mindset, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and support networks, and strive for continuous improvement of practices and outcomes.

About the Role
  • Manage a caseload and provide timely evidence-based therapeutic supports
  • Deliver speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
  • Interpret findings to formulate unique treatment goals for each client
  • Assess clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
  • Recommend provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with functional limitations and promote independence
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a degree in Speech Pathology and current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
  • Hold a current driver licence and own reliable vehicle
