Your Role And Impact

We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Warrnambool region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager. You'll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan, with opportunities to develop functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management, and general therapy skills.

As a valued member of the BR community, you'll join a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners from over 30 offices nation-wide.

Day-to-day, You Will
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centers, parks, and even at the beach
  • Build enduring relationships with participants and witnesses the lasting impact of your work

About You

You are a qualified Occupational Therapist who would thrive in an organisation that truly values its clinicians and gives them the tools and support to help them become the best clinician that they can be.

You Will Also Hold
  • Full AHPRA registration - limited may be considered on a case by case basis
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
  • Ideal opportunity for an OT with 3+ years experience working in the NDIS
