As an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist within our Warrnambool team, you’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of local participants. You’ll have the support of experienced clinicians, plus opportunities for clinical development and career growth in a rewarding, community-focused role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
- Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Warrnambool office.
- Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
- Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists and speech pathologists, dedicated to making a real community impact.
- Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
- Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
- Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

WHO YOU ARE
- You hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.
- You have current AHPRA or SPA Registration (or pending).
- You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
- You have a minimum of 1 year experience in community, private or acute settings.
- You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
- You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.
