About the Role

  • Assess and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity of demographic information in patient records.\
  • Investigate discrepancies in patient demographic data and implement corrective actions.\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective data management processes.\
  • Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and areas for improvement in demographic data accuracy.\
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to data integrity.\
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and patients to resolve issues related to demographic data discrepancies.\
  • Document and track progress on investigations and outstanding requests.\
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and methodologies in data management and apply them to improve data quality.\

Requirements

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health informatics, computer science, or public health.\
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a role related to data management or health informatics.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software such as Excel and Access.\
