Strategic Finance Professional

A new governance and business services operating model is required for the redevelopment of Riverside Theatres, necessitating a strategic Finance Services professional with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the finance and business reporting function, support the Governance stream with key project deliverables, and provide strategic leadership and advice to stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage a delivery plan to ensure all project milestones are achieved and that any risks are identified and mitigated as early as possible.
  • Prepare high quality project documentation, such as status and recommendation reports as required in a timely manner.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of all aspects of the theatres finance and business reporting structure.
  • Establish a governance framework and operating model to align with the structure of the entity.
  • Define the scope and relevant business processes for financial transactions to be undertaken.
  • Manage the setup of trading entities, financial reporting and service level agreements.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Governance on establishing structures.
  • Oversee the financial oversight of all pre-opening budget requirements.
  • Review and develop policies and procedures where required for Business and Corporate Services functions.

This role has one direct report and involves close collaboration with external consultants on philanthropy and company limited by guarantee (CLG) frameworks.
