Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Solutions Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the next phase of our retail client's digital customer experience. This is a major initiative spanning ecommerce capability and customer-facing platforms, and you'll be central to understanding business needs and translating them into clear, actionable outcomes for the delivery teams.

The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement, providing the perfect blend of remote work and office collaboration.

As a Digital Solutions Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders across business and technology to understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities
  • Translating customer and business needs into functional and non-functional requirements for digital platforms
  • Creating user stories, process maps, and documentation that drive clarity and alignment across teams
  • Supporting product owners and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure business value is achieved
  • Contributing to testing, validation, and readiness activities to ensure smooth deployment and adoption
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within digital, ecommerce, or customer-facing environments
  • Proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders and communicate complex information in plain language
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Experience working on projects that involve websites, customer portals, or digital platforms is highly regarded
  • A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance detail with the bigger picture
