Job Description

The Senior Family Work Clinician plays a vital role in promoting and implementing family-inclusive practice within our Youth Prevention & Recovery Care (YPARC) program.

This specialist senior role requires expertise in developing and delivering holistic, recovery-oriented care that strengthens family engagement in a safe, youth-friendly environment.

As a Senior Family Work Clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, support, and supervision to a multidisciplinary team. You will also develop and implement evidence-based interventions across Orygen Recovery, in collaboration with other senior staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mental Health Clinician experienced in developing and delivering group programs for families/carers
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to determine and plan for a young person's recovery using shared decision-making
  • Eligible disciplines: RPN Grade 4 / Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Psychologist Grade 3, with postgraduate qualification in Family/Systems Therapy
