  • Collaboration with courts, schools, and healthcare providers is essential in providing seamless support to the family, promoting consistency and coordination across all aspects of the child's life.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation and compliance standards is vital in ensuring accountability and transparency throughout the process.

Key Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience in child protection, family services, or community work is essential in providing the necessary skills and expertise required for this role.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and relationship-building skills are critical in building trust and rapport with families, ensuring effective support and outcomes.
  • An understanding of trauma-informed practice and cultural sensitivity is vital in providing responsive and inclusive support to diverse families.
  • A current Working with Children Check and driver's license are mandatory requirements for this position.
