We are seeking an experienced Applications Packager to provide on-going support and drive quality solutions.

About The Role
  • Works within the support team on technical issues related to customer infrastructure.
  • Develops an understanding of customers environment and service requirements for successful delivery.
  • Follows established procedures, recommends improvements, resolves enquiries, issues or problems. Documents actions taken for continuous service improvement.
  • Takes ownership of identified issues. Tries to understand problem in order to find optimal solution or temporary workaround. Escalates where necessary to resolve problem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive and responsible for learning about current and new products, technologies to support daily business requirements.
  • Assists with development and enhancement of relevant standards, procedures and guidelines
Requirements And Experience:
  • 4+ years of software packaging experience into MSI format.
  • 3+ years of virtualisation packaging experience.
  • Advanced skills in App-V.
  • 2+ years exposure in delivering package solutions into a XenApp environment.
  • 4+years exposure integration applications into enterprise deployment mechanisms.
  • Complete understanding of application packaging and deployment methodologies using Windows Installer technology.
  • Microsoft deployment methodologies for Windows operating system.
  • Power Shell scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for application virtualisation and SCCM, Intune deployment.
  • Must hold current or reinstatable NV2 clearance.
