The Imaging Support Officers will provide day-to-day support for the preparation, imaging, deployment, and return of ICT hardware assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date warehouse inventory records.
  • Import hardware hash data into software for newly imaged devices.
  • Raise support cases for device errors where required.
  • Test and evaluate new image builds as part of collaboration with teams.
  • Coordinate with teams to support stock control and replenishment processes.
  • Fulfil starter bundle requests for remote workers.
  • Monitor and action the ICT consignment shared mailbox.
  • Enter and update ICT asset information in systems, including verification.
  • Initiate claims with vendors.
  • Support project teams with workstation remediation and deployment tasks.

Requirements:

  • Oversee the work of Level 2 and Level 1 staff.
  • Perform a range and variety of work activities within their own area(s) of specialisation in the delivery of services.

This role involves working on a variety of tasks related to ICT asset management. You will be responsible for ensuring that all hardware is properly configured and maintained, and that any issues are quickly resolved.
