Key Requirements for this Senior Pharmacist role:
">As a Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for leading and managing clinical pharmacy services in the Emergency Department. This includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centred care, improving medication safety, and implementing evidence-based practices.
">To succeed in this role, you must have:
">- Strong communication, organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification;
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia;
- Extensive experience in hospital pharmacy leadership, supervision, and management;
- In-depth knowledge of pharmacy practice, relevant standards, and the ability to educate and drive service improvement.
