Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Service Coordinator to coordinate field service works, keep technicians and customers connected, and drive efficiency.

This is an opportunity to maximize technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling, monitor technician progress, and support customers with clear communication and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate reactive service calls, quoted works, planned maintenance, and installations by managing schedules, technicians, and communications.
  • Maximize technician productivity through proactive planning and scheduling.
  • Monitor technician progress and update ServiceMax and customer portals to manage revisits and reduce backlog through recovery scheduling.
  • Support customers with clear communication and timely updates.
  • Connect the Service, Sales, and Technical Support teams by streamlining admin tasks and preparing reports.
  • Manage travel for our technicians when required.
  • Review the on-call roster for technicians to ensure coverage 24/7 and close out all call-outs within 24 hours.
  • Manage technician inventory by maintaining stock levels, sourcing non-stock items, and handling ordering and distribution.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers to track performance, identify training opportunities, and document non-standard events.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment.
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills.
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software.
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-interaction team environment.
