Scheduler / Manager – Concrete Pumping Qld (Rockhampton)

Your Role

As our Scheduler / Manager, you will manage concrete pumping bookings across all three branch locations. This strategic leadership role ensures smooth operations and excellent client service day and night.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage concrete pumping bookings across Rockhampton, Yeppoon, and Emerald.
  • Develop and oversee rosters aligned with demand, resources, and client needs.
  • Confirm, adjust, and optimize bookings in collaboration with operations crews, drivers, and clients.
  • Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Monitor performance metrics, fleet utilisation, and job completion rates for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide occasional after-hours availability for urgent operational or client needs.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary of up to $125,000 AUD per annum, inclusive of any out-of-hours call availability.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has scheduling, logistics, or operations management experience—preferably in construction or concrete services.
  • Demonstrates stellar organisational skills and thrives in fast-paced settings.
  • Communicates effectively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Is proficient with scheduling software or Excel; adaptable and proactive in approach.
  • Is based in Rockhampton and comfortable supporting occasional out-of-hours needs.
  • Values clear boundaries and a balanced approach to work availability.
