About Us
Solar Mount Global (SMG), in partnership with All Energy Contracting, is leading the way in solar farm innovation. Through our Panel Pro system an advanced vacuum lift technology, we've revolutionised solar farm construction by reducing manual handling risks and boosting productivity.
We are now delivering a 376MW solar farm near Rockhampton, one of the largest renewable projects in Queensland. This project is underway and will continue for approx 12 months, offering long-term, secure opportunities for the right candidates.
The Role
We are seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team on this landmark project. You'll play a key role in supporting the installation of solar modules, working to daily targets to ensure the project is delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators to support module assembly and installation works
- Achieve daily production targets to keep project schedules on track
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and routine maintenance
- Safely and efficiently operate equipment in line with site requirements
- Comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Communicate effectively with your crew and site supervisors
About You
- Minimum 3 years' experience operating excavators
- Excavator ticket/licence
- Valid driver's licence
- White Card
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- High level of safety awareness and commitment to site standards
- GPS experiences desirable
