About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to take on the next step in their career as an NDIS Team Lead. This role requires exceptional customer service skills and a hands-on approach to maintaining positive relationships with internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and connect participants with relevant stakeholders;
  • Develop relationships within the broader community to ensure the best possible outcomes for people living with disabilities;
  • Participate in the development and implementation of systems to support staff in delivering desired outcomes for participants;
  • Interpret participant data to identify appropriate actions to meet participant interests;
  • Evaluate and escalate issues or present effective solutions to relevant clinical and/or management bodies when required;
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships;
  • Provide continuous supervision, support, and mentoring to Support Staff;
  • Manage Support Staff;
  • Monitor Support Staff performances and relevant processes;
  • Ensure Support Staff have a platform to openly communicate and/or debrief with Team Leaders;
