Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beauty Specialist at Tom Ford in Sydney DFS The Rocks. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers and recommend products that meet their needs and preferences
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury beauty products and services
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and industry developments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Impeccable grooming and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work weekends and public holidays
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese languages
