About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Counter Manager to join our Dior team at David Jones. As a key member of our beauty team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert beauty advice and product recommendations to clients, ensuring a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve commercial objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Dior products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Completed a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty, with a strong understanding of beauty products and trends.
  • Leadership experience within a customer-centric environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Exceptional service mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
