Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team at Everyday Independence, providing life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, with part-time considered.
  • You will work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
  • You will utilize an evidence-based measurement tool and your skills in assessment to create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology services.
  • You will work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.

Your Everyday:

  • As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, no two days will be the same.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
  • You will attend weekly team meetings in the Hub, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
  • You will tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary Package: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum (based on experience), plus additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance bonuses.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in a Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability preferred but not essential.
