About the Role

We're seeking Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants. This is a full-time position, but part-time would also be considered.

Your Everyday
  • As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
  • You'll create therapy plans and provide life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • You'll work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • You'll build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
  • You'll attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
  • You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
