About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new centre of excellence in caring for older persons.

In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients with complex swallowing, communication, and cognitive disorders, supporting improved functional outcomes and discharge planning. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, contributing to the development of Models of Care and patient pathways, while also working closely with external service providers to ensure smooth patient transitions.

As the Senior Speech Pathologist, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and evaluation of speech pathology services, representing the profession on key committees. You will report to the CO-ACT Allied Health Senior Manager and maintain professional links with the Director of Audiology and Speech Pathology.
