Job Title: Global Operations Manager

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement standardized company policies and procedures.
  • Institutionalize compliance on all global processes and make necessary recommendations to improve and standardize global processes.
  • Develop long-term and strategic approaches that define problems/opportunities in anticipation of changing business conditions.
  • Ensure implementation and proper management of the following teams: Global HR, IT Admin, Compliance Teams.
  • Monitor all activities associated with business operations and ensure compliance of every transaction in all global accounts.
  • Conduct risk management, postmortem analysis, and root cause analysis by implementing preventive and corrective actions on recurring issues.
  • Perform proactive site and client visits ensuring competent and efficient global management.
  • Communicate with all business units, global teams, and global clients to ensure accountability is clear and expectations are met. Prepare and analyze reports for timely submission to the CEO.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong global expertise in Business and Information Technology.
  • Ability to communicate well in multiple languages.
  • In-depth knowledge of existing global labor laws and contract management skills.
  • Business and project management, risk management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite - Oracle, Bamboo HR, Microsoft Teams, Google Shared Files, and BOSS.
  • Ability to work and adapt to shifting schedules based on the needs of global clients.
