Administrative Support Professional

We are a rapidly expanding provider of administration and office support services, recruitment, and labour hire solutions. This exciting role presents an opportunity for an entry-level trainee or experienced general office all-rounder to join our team as we enter a new stage of growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communication with clients and potential candidates.
- Coordinating relevant documents, records, and notes, as well as creating and processing reports.
- Managing and updating candidate and client CRM databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assisting with recruitment activities, rostering solutions, and other administrative tasks.
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including office and kitchen areas.
- Managing email accounts, booking meetings, arranging travel logistics, and maintaining director and general manager diaries.
This is a full-time position Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5:15pm, offering a competitive salary reflective of experience and skills in a modern professional office setting.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Strong stakeholder and customer service skills, with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a small team.
- Proficiency in MS Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in database management and data analysis.
- Flexibility, confidence, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
