Transition Project Lead

We are seeking a professional to manage the transfer of knowledge and skills from one team to another. The ideal candidate will have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to schedule and monitor knowledge transfer sessions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Monitoring: Collaborate with onsite teams to schedule and monitor knowledge transfer sessions, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress by role/team, ensuring completion of handover checklists and signoffs.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Monitor reverse shadow and shadow phases with reporting on quality and first-time correct metrics.
  • Liaison: Liaise with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business, and GCC teams to ensure alignment and smooth exit.
Requirements
  • A minimum of mid-senior level experience in a similar role.
