Job Title: Client Support Coordinator

Overview

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional assistance to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

They will also be required to maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage the appointment diary.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential for this role.

In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional assistance to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and manage the appointment diary
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in using administrative software and systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Employment Details
