The role offers an attractive $45ph rate, flexible work arrangements, remote working options, and employer perks
You will be expected to build your own caseload, especially if you have existing networks and client base. Competitive pay is offered for those with an existing caseload.
Candidate Requirements
- Existing client base
- Adherence to KPI: 30 billable hours per week
- Team player
- Autonomous and organized
- NDIS knowledge, especially support coordination, choice, and control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Effective time management and prioritization
- Ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

Main Responsibilities
- Connect participants with relevant services and supports
- Assist participants in understanding and optimizing their NDIS plans
- Manage challenges related to access to education, health, justice services, etc.
- Reduce barriers to plan implementation and usage
- Build participant capacity
- Develop and design support solutions to meet outcomes
- Resolve crises and foster resilience within the participant's network
- Coach participants through challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders to keep them informed
- Prepare participants for reviews and report on outcomes
- Model and uphold organizational values and NDIS principles
