The Role

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused business partner to be the link between our clients, design teams, developers and project coordinators.

This is not a traditional sales role. It is about partnership, problem solving and delivering on ambitious ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple client accounts from concept through launch and beyond.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery.
  • Work closely with the Project Coordinator to align development, design and client expectations.
  • Track and communicate project milestones, deadlines and deliverables clearly and proactively.
  • Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward.
  • Provide regular updates and facilitate stage reviews with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions match client goals.
  • Suggest enhancements, future versions and growth opportunities beyond the minimum viable product.
  • Act as a client advocate while balancing delivery timelines and resources.
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, client services or project ownership in a technology-related environment.
  • A strong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts or app development lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time.
  • Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Extremely well-organised with the ability to simplify complex processes for clients.
  • A knowledge of app development (design, UX, development cycles, testing, deployment) is desirable.
