We are seeking a dedicated **IT Applications Manager** to join our team at dnata Catering. This role is based at our headquarters in the stunning Gold Coast, **Broadbeach**, with the flexibility to work from our project site offices in **Coolangatta or Brisbane.**

**In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are**:

- Become part of the IT team, maintaining and enhancing current business processes.
- Application vendor service delivery.
- Application security compliance and governance.
- Application management version control, upgrades and patching.
- Scoping and delivery of enhancements and changes.
- Application integrations and data flows.
- Understand, support and document integrations.
- Build rapport and business relationships with key stakeholders to keep abreast of critical priorities in the business environment.
- Represent dnata Technology as required at all working group forums and prepare/present information when requested at meetings.
- Support and contribute to the IT and Data technology strategy.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Proven experience as an IT Application Manager.
- Experience with vendor engagement and service delivery.
- Digital technology experience and understanding of ERPs and workforce planning.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Project related experience, working on projects affecting business processes, with the ability to assist in process improvements.
- Strong communication skills, elevated stakeholder engagement skills and able to operate independently with little supervision.
- Demonstrated success in delivering ongoing enhancements to systems and/or processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment and patience to resolve problems/issues in a timely manner.
- Requires flexibility to travel interstate as may be required for national support and assistance.
- Flexibility to work hours to meet project requirements and implementation deadlines.
