Brand Experience Manager

Strategic planning and day-to-day delivery of campaigns that raise brand visibility, strengthen community engagement, and bring the story to life across Australia and New Zealand is key to this role.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning, managing earned media presence, agency relationships, and brand activations, driving regional events and partnerships, as well as managing campaign timelines, event logistics, and performance reporting.
A successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in PR, brand activations, or partnership marketing, with proven success in earned media and influencer engagement, strong media and tastemaker relationships across ANZ, and high-level project management skills.
- Experience in developing and executing large-scale events and activations
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building brand advocacy
- Strong commercial awareness and confident in budget management
- High-level project management skills, including use of tools like Monday.com, Trello or Asana
- Demonstrated ability to lead brand activations, sponsorships, and events
- Proven success in creating engaging content and experiences that drive brand awareness and loyalty
