Operational Excellence Officer Role OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity to become part of our Member Operations team as an Operational Excellence Officer.The role involves maintaining the integrity of members' superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust.This includes ensuring data accuracy, effective product delivery, timely and accurate maintenance of contribution and claims processing, and high-quality account management.You will communicate with our customers via phone and written channels, requiring confident communication skills.Service to our members is the core focus of all sections within the business unit. As a key internal support function, the role requires effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the overall integrity of members' superannuation accounts.
  • Ensure data accuracy and effective product delivery.
  • Perform timely and accurate maintenance of contribution and claims processing.
  • Provide high-quality account management services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone and written channels.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:

We seek a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high workload environment, analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on customer service.

The following qualifications are desirable: experience in superannuation or financial services, customer service-oriented with excellent organizational skills, confidence across a range of technology and systems, and excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
