We are looking for a kind-hearted volunteer to visit an elderly lady who is feeling isolated. Your time and company could make a world of difference.
As a social visitor, you can contribute to improving the quality of life of an older person. Regular visits from volunteers can help reduce feelings of isolation.
Your visits will bring great joy to the client you are matched with. We would be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week for a one hour visit between 9am and 4pm Monday to Sunday.
We require our volunteers to be at least 18 years old and have a National Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare. We also require a Working with Vulnerable people check.
About Our InitiativeOur initiative focuses on providing support to seniors in need. We specialise in dementia care, palliative care, and rehabilitation, specialist mental health for older people and other health services.
