About the Role

The role involves providing personal care, social support and transport services to seniors from diverse backgrounds. Our aim is to match care workers with clients who can benefit from their skills and experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bathing and dressing clients as required
  • Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
  • Providing transport for medical appointments and outings
About You

Applicants should have a passion for working with the elderly and experience of working with diverse communities. Fluency in a second language is an asset but not essential.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in providing in-home care
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or similar qualification
  • Flexibility and availability for work
  • A current Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a comprehensively insured motor vehicle
  • Access to a smartphone
