Main Responsibilities:- Create and develop high-quality designs for production.

- Maintain accurate and accessible artwork files.

- Support a safe and professional studio environment.
About You
You will be an enthusiastic designer with a keen eye for colour, texture, and repeat layout. You will also possess fluency in Adobe Suite and enjoy turning ideas into tangible beauty.
We are looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Textile Design or similar field.
- Experience in a similar textile design role, preferably 2-3 years.
- Strong drawing, painting, and rendering skills, along with commercial creativity.
- A high level of attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Our ideal candidate will have strong skills in the following areas:
- Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Colour theory and colour management.
- Repeat layout and design.
- Technical specification writing.
- Communication and collaboration.
