Textile Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Textile Designer to contribute to our creative team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in developing innovative textile designs for various products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating artwork, either hand-drawn, painted or digital, based on provided briefs and design requirements
  • Influencing design development options through collaboration with the Design Team
  • Producing seasonal trend boards as needed
  • Understanding sales trends within categories and product types
  • Creating Technical Spec Packs for production
  • Maintaining design files and archiving research, croquis, and other developments

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in fashion/textile design or related field
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with different materials, print, dye, and production processes
  • Excellent drawing and painting skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret a design brief
  • Experience creating textile designs for fabrics
