Senior Textile Designer Opportunity

A visionary textile designer is required to join our dynamic design studio. This 12-month maternity leave contract offers a chance to play a key role in the development of seasonal concepts and mood boards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in textile and print design, ideally at mid-weight to senior level. Tertiary qualifications in Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field are highly regarded. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator) is also essential.

This role requires the ability to work across engineered prints, placement prints, and multiple product categories. A strong creative vision paired with an exceptional eye for detail and colour is paramount. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with experience presenting and collaborating in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching and interpreting print and fashion trends to develop seasonal concepts and mood boards.
  • Creating original artworks and illustrations for textile prints across all categories.
  • Presenting concepts with confidence, sharing the creative story and vision behind each range.
  • Collaborating closely with the cross-functional team to bring textile designs from concept to reality.
