Job Title: Medical Simulation Fellow

Overview

This role is an opportunity to support the planning, delivery and evaluation of simulation courses. The position requires participating in formal training in simulation-based education methods and completion of a project under the guidance of the Director of Monash Simulation.

The Monash Simulation Medical Fellow is an accredited position through the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (ACEM) and Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) as a Specialist Skills Term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of simulation courses.
  • Participate in formal training in simulation-based education methods.
  • Complete a project under the guidance of the Director of Monash Simulation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Appropriate health professional tertiary qualifications.
  • Fellowship of the ACEM, CIC, ANZCA, RACP, RACGP or equivalent medical College.
  • A Working with Children's Certificate.
