About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong understanding of the Application Sustainment market, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead a team of Application Sustainment professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients
Requirements and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Application Sustainment leadership
  • Expert knowledge of Application Management Services and Application Sustainment methodologies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Experience working with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies
Preferred Skills and Experience

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • ITIL certification
  • Progressive experience building and growing a practice
  • Knowledge of the Application Sustainment competitive landscape
