Your Background

  • Over 15 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
  • Understanding of and experience on Design and Construct (D&C) projects.
  • Strong contracting background, ideally with experience on major commercial and healthcare projects.
  • Expertise in preparing, submitting, negotiating, and agreeing complex final accounts, including claims for extensions of time.
  • Familiarity with Tier 1 Contractor processes and procedures.
  • Clear and articulate communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders both internally and externally.
