Career Support Specialist

This position involves guiding individuals towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are prepared to work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment.
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients.
- Reverse marketing clients to employers, placing participants into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes.
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience, ideally demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges, happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders, confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients/employers.
A current Drivers Licence is also required.
