Job Overview
As a key member of our team, you will provide oversight and support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSES) systems across our manufacturing facilities. Your expertise will ensure our organization meets its legal and ethical obligations to provide a safe workplace.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Incident Management and Investigation
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management
- Development and Implementation of HSES Programs
- Training and Education of HSES Systems
- Collaboration with Site Leadership and External Regulatory Bodies
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of WHS and Environmental legislation, codes of practice, and associated obligations in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in hazard identification, risk management, and incident investigation
- High level of computer literacy and administrative skills
- Commitment to sustainability and operational experience working in manufacturing
