Our team is looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Marketing Ambassador to join our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives on the ground across NSW, fostering strong relationships with customers, and promoting our brand in a meaningful way.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify upcoming fitness events and community opportunities to showcase our products.
  • Engage with attendees at events, sampling product, and communicate the brand story effectively.
  • Travel to events across NSW, often early mornings, evenings, or weekends, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare documentation and internal forms as required, such as event schedules, checklists, and stock requirements.
  • Set up and pack down event infrastructure, including banners, tables, sampling stations, and point-of-sale displays.
  • Submit post-event recaps, including attendance numbers, photos, key insights, and feedback, to inform future campaigns.
  • Track and report stock usage for each activation and flag any inventory issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, events, or promotional roles.
  • A current driver's license is required, as the role involves travel to multiple locations across NSW.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills, with a confident, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate set-ups and pack-downs, and maintain stock or promotional materials efficiently.
  • Problem-solving and initiative, with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly to challenges on-site.
