Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular User Access Reviews (UAR) to assess user access rights and privileges within our systems and applications.
- Analyse user access review data to identify any discrepancies, violations, or unauthorized access.
- Follow up with managers and service owners to address identified issues, provide recommendations for access adjustments, and ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and status updates to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Utilize IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, Azure AD) and systems to manage user access, roles, and permissions effectively.
- Provide support during audits and compliance reviews by gathering and presenting access-related data and documentation.
- Generate UAR reports and share with the relevant stakeholders post UAR completion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to access management and security.
Your Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns or anomalies.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all work activities.
- Proven experience in identity and Access Management (iAM) and User Access Review (UAR) activities and analysis of user access data.
- Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, principles, and technologies.
- Experience with IAM tools and systems (e.g., SailPoint IdentityNow, Azure AD) is preferred.
