Healthcare Specialist for Preventable Chronic Conditions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Central Australia. As a specialist in preventable chronic conditions, you will be responsible for providing clinical outreach care to remote clients and supporting Primary and Public Health Care staff in improving outcomes in early detection and management of preventable chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide specialist clinical outreach care to remote clients.
- Support Primary and Public Health Care staff in improving outcomes in early detection and management of preventable chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes in preventable chronic conditions.
- CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH NURSING AND MIDWIFERY BOARD OF AUSTRALIA or eligible for same.
- High-level clinical knowledge and skills in Preventable Chronic Conditions or related field, supported by strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to remote communities by 4WD or light aircraft as required.
- Hold a current NT driver's license (or eligible to obtain) and be confident driving a manual vehicle in regional and remote settings.
