Job Title: Practice Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to join our team in Sydney. As an integral part of our national team, this role will provide remote and in-person support to senior members of the Forensic Technology Services (FTS) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial support for senior members of the FTS team, with a focus on directly supporting 3 partners.
  • High-level diary management, including organizing and coordinating client and team meetings.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements in accordance with Firm travel guidelines.
  • Handle telephones and voicemail for team members with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage general accounts, reporting, monthly billing, and expenses with attention to detail.
  • Assist with research tasks and preparing client presentations.
  • Administer quality and risk responsibilities for the FTS team, ensuring compliance at the highest level.
  • Provide support to the Business Manager and Resource Operations Manager as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in an administrative, secretarial role within a legal, accounting, or similar professional services environment.
  • Professionalism, initiative, and efficiency when communicating and organizing meetings with high-level internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with Aderant/CMS or similar matter management system is highly regarded.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, especially in an evolving environment.
  • A drive to contribute to the business's success.
  • The ability to build and nurture positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Team player willing to assist other FTS operations members as needed.
  • Advanced technical skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) with attention to detail.
