We're seeking a Product Manager who will develop and successfully carry out best-in-class customer engagement offerings for our Issuing and Acquiring clients in their quest to engage customers with every electronic transaction made through their e-commerce payment products.

Our product managers work across various products, including payment terminals, merchant payment service providers, and white label gateways.

You'll experience a FinTech atmosphere in your everyday life as a Worldliner, working globally and collaboratively. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Managing the product from end to end.
  • Applying research, customer feedback, and industry trends to understand product requirements with a customer lens and identify new opportunities to define a product roadmap.
  • Developing, leading, and publishing the product roadmap, building unique selling points.
  • Supporting the product development lifecycle by defining development requirements, owning the design process, and deliverables.
  • Communicating and coordinating with vital team members across the organization to share priorities, roadmap, and key insights.
  • Defining success criteria and metrics for new products.
  • Building the product commercialization model and substantiating it with a financial business model.

  • You'll have a real passion for building extraordinary products that drive customer engagements across digital channels – mobile, in-app, web, and in-store.
  • You'll develop and complete a product roadmap and vision on customer engagement and product experiences that help our clients deliver a high-level product experience.
  • You'll be a self-starter who delivers against product and business goals.
  • You'll work with the product development teams and vital team members to define and plan the next-generation product offering.
  • You'll be called upon as a subject matter authority (SME) for Customer Engagements by the Sales and Presales teams.
Skills We Can't Do Without
  • Prior work experience in product development and management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or an equivalent field.
  • 5+ years' experience in product management.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and/or significant projects.
  • Requires limited supervisory oversight; self-starter.
  • Able to take general requirements and develop an execution plan.
  • Strong communicator with good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
